Shipment and Risk of Loss
We will add applicable shipping and handling fees to your product orders. Unless otherwise noted, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within a reasonable time after receipt of your properly completed order. Although we may provide delivery or shipment timeframes or dates, you understand that these represent our good faith estimates and may be subject to change. You further understand that product availability may be limited, and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, in which case the products will be delivered when they become available. If your order is delayed (either from the date specified at the time of the order or, if no date was specified, beyond 30 days from the date of your order), we will use reasonable good faith efforts to contact you. If we cannot contact you, or you no longer wish to receive the item, we will cancel the order and promptly refund the amount tendered within seven (10) business days if the purchase was made using third-party credit card. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. All products purchased from the Site are delivered to shipment carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We may reject orders where the stated delivery address is outside of the United States or, if processed, you may be responsible for the payment of excise, tariff, or other fees as mandated by applicable jurisdiction.
Sales Tax
In the United States, we are required to collect applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to certain states. Taxes apply to most merchandise, but some states exclude certain items. Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state. Your final order total will include the applicable and appropriate state and local taxes.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Houston, Texas.
Processing Times
Standard Shipping Orders: Processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Priority Orders: Processed and shipped within 1 business day, provided the order is placed by noon (Monday–Friday).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress until it arrives at your doorstep.
Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
Priority Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days after processing.
Delivery Issues
Please note that some carriers may mark a shipment as delivered before it actually arrives. If this happens, allow 48–72 business hours from the marked delivery date for the package to turn up.

Please note that Shipping Protection is non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Important Information Regarding Orders That Do Not Have Shipping Protection
If you have any problems with the delivery, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. You will need to provide Celebrity Pooch LLC with a claim number for our records. After filing a claim with the shipping carrier, please contact us for further assistance at Service@CelebrityPooch.com.

Return and Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to let us know of any issues/damages. You can contact us at service@celebritypooch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You have 3 business days to send the items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All refunds will be processed on store credit.
If an item was purchased with a gift card or store credit. The sale is considered final.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your provided store credit.
Refunds
Our company does not provide cash, card, or PayPal refunds. Store credit only.
